Great Service - Amazing Team

This needs more than 5 stars - if I could I would gladly give you a 10 star rating. What an amazing team. From my first interaction with Jo who immediately put me at ease and spoke to me with great care and was non-judgmental, to my introduction to the amazing Nadia who at all times has gladly responded to my many many emails and even found the time to crack a joke or three with me to lift my mood - the entire team at SDC has made what already is a difficult situation and a stressful journey, as comfortable as they could possibly make it. Your readiness to work long hours in the week and over weekends has amazed me, and your quick responses to all my questions and assistance when my creditors have not been helpful or willing to assist me has been remarkable. Words cannot express how grateful I am for everything. I began my journey with SDC almost a month ago and based on my interactions I wish I started it earlier. From the monthly worries of how I make it through the month to my stress around answering the many phone calls from creditors demanding money and threatening me with legal action, all have disappeared and I feel I am bale to "breath" for the first time in years. Whilst I understand that this is a long term journey and that I must meet my monthly obligations, I look forward to my continued interaction with Nadia and the rest of the SDC team as I know they will make it as stress free and as easy as they could possibly make it. I would gladly recommend SDC to anyone that required their services as I know they will treat them as a person - with respect and care and not just a number.
