Good day I bought shoes 2 months back at Jet store in Sandton however I didn't keep the receipts due to I like the shoes and am to keep them. But now their are torn underneath. I went to jet this morning to complain about it the lady who was assisting me by name of Ma****o refused to assist me due to I don't have a proof of purchase.. According to their refund policy if the item is defective they will exchange or refund the item with the current price please kindly assist... ***
