Why is it called secure parking

After a full day at the office. I make my way down to the car park rush home before peek Sandton traffic starts. To notice all my wheel caps had been ****** off my car!! Why do I pay for \secure parking"when things like this happen. And at the rate they charge you would think they do have enough security to avoid such events. I'm Highly annoyed"
