Utter disrespect by parking administrator

I paid for my ticket but when I tried to exit the meter said \ticket data not readable". I pressed the call button on the meter but every time I got through the person answering pretended they didn't hear me (The frequency of \""hello's\"" didn't allow me to respond) and then would hang up. I reversed and changed lanes only for the meter to do the same thing. A security guard came over to help me. He pressed the \""call\"" button again and the lady on the other end rudely answered by saying \""what do you want\"". The guard tried to explain but she told him to \""tell that person to use the other lane\"". When he tried to explain that I had been to the other lane she refused to understand and said \""Can that person not drive? Tell them to make a \""u-turn\"" and use the other lane\""!).
