Steve madden employees are too good to assist the poor looking people we are not on their level.

I have never in my life seen such unprofessional and judgmental people like the steve madden employees in Sandton. if you look poor they will not assist you nor even acknowledge you as a customer. I was looking for a boot and when I picked it to ask for a size I had to go to the till lady while the other lady next to me just looked at me and she was chatting very loud with he other colleagues. BUUUUTTT when this lady walked in with a trolley with items she was greeted by both ladies from the door. and sadly today was not the first time I experience this kind of treatment. HONESTLY SAD!!
