Sorbet Sandton City unprofessional experience.

I visited Sorbet Sandton City at 09:50 this morning to replace a tip. The the****** was one of the most unprofessional I ever encountered. She app**** an excessive amount of glue that got stuck underneath the tip. I only noticed it after the first bake underneath the light. I asked her to remove it as it looked terrible. At first her response was that she noticed it was too much. Yet she did nothing to correct it, before the baking. She was completely distracted with another client, having a pedicure behind us, as well as her ***orkers. She left the desk on a few occasions since the moment she started to attended to me. I arrived at 9:50. I insisted that the glue must be removed. She brought a small pink drill machine and started to remove the glue underneath the nail, burning my finger tip several times with the friction. Also, the tip was the wrong size. Too small compared to the other tips. My tips are all square. She used a pointy tip. Never noticing the vast difference between the new tip and the existing tip. I walked out of the shop after the last painful drilling, 20 minutes later. I am left with a naked nail tip that was glued to my finger and that’s the wrong size. Something that should have taken her less than 15 minutes to accomplish, 20 minutes later nothing has been accomplished other than a painful and very disappointing experience.
