Sandton Parking ****************

I parked my car at 09:32 and went into Woolworths. I realised my wallet was left at home and exited the area at 09:41 In other words I was in the parking area for 9 minutes and was charged R10.00 This is ****************. Surely you should be allowed a few minutes of free parking in case something like this happens!
