Sandton hunt gone wrong

Such a let down! Myself,two year old and hubby woke up super early to get to sandton city on Easter Sunday for the Easter egg hunt. Upon arrive the app let me register and start playing only to be told that there is something wrong with the app and it is still counting down from the previous day! Then they said said they can't see who the winner is because the system is down as well!

After an hour of trying to figure it out with the promoters they get sent a message with the details of the winner and the guy says he played at 12.01am which is not fair because rules state the game is to be played from 9am-6pm. A bunch if us went up to center management and up until today I have yet to even receive a message never mind an apology from lana at center management We wasted petrol and time that my family could have gone to another Easter egg hunt! I'm highly disappointed with a place like sandton!
