Sandton City Shopping Centre *****s from its Customers by overcharging for Lost Tickets when you normally pay R10 on the weekend for the whole day

Lost my parking ticket. Staff unhelpful and rude, just insisted i pay R90 for lost ticket even though it was a Saturday and we normally pay R10 for the day. Doesn't make logical sense, even asked them to check the cameras as i went in twice to Sandton City on Saturday because my husband had meetings, could even give them the times. Sandton City is robbing their customers and being unfair in the premiums they are charging for lost ticket on a Saturday. People don't loose their parking tickets intentionally, it was in my pocket with my car keys and fell out. Will be shopping at Benmore Centre in future as i cant support an institution that finds it okay to rob people and punish them for mistakes made, will be taking this matter further to Social media platforms. R90 for an hour in Sandton City because of a lost parking ticket and we normally pay R10 for the day being a Saturday, that is ******* and unacceptable. Even the other customers in the line at the pay-point said that it was ridiculous and encouraged this matter should be taken further as they could hear me on the intercom trying to talk to the rude unhelpful staff.
