SANDTON CITY DOES NOT CARE!!!!!
I have heard many people complain about the Sandton City mall deteriorating and now I know better. Sandton City does not care about their loyal customers safety and merely brushes every incident off....its a wonder they are not that popular with Supplier Responses. I cannot believe the unfair and biased investigation that is conducted by Marsh (Liberty Properties claims admin people I guess). You will not take responsibility for a faulty escalator and yet every other day the escalators at Sandton City Mall are switched off and being repaired. Even your security people know that you will wiggle your way out of all situations and not take accountability.....LOL...so much of admin for claiming only just a pair of sneakers that was almost swallowed by your escalator (laces intact). You would rather employ people thousands of Rands to biasedly plead your innocence then make right with your loyal customers....for your own faults!!! I am so put off with Sandton City Mall and I am so glad you will be struggling with tough competition soon....Lets see if maybe the threat of the \NEW' mall will encourage you to up your game."
