Paystation kept my bank card for 30 minutes!!!!

<p>Dear Sandton City </p> <p>On Thursday evening, 7 July 2016 as I was trying to pay for my parking ticket, the paystation jammed with my bank card and parking ticket. I immediately called the assistants and was told that as there was only one working that evening, I would have to wait a few minutes. I ended waiting in excess of 30 minutes as the ONLY technician was working on other queries. This is unacceptable and I am very angry as I will never get my 30 min which was senselessly wasted!!!!!! </p>
