Parking

Today at Sandton city parking I put my ticket in the machine and then it didn't give me a amount so I then called the customer service to say my parking card must be stuck. The lady on the other side then told me I'm a **** and that they will check the camera footage. After waiting half a hour a supervisor comes down with a very unhelpful attitude helping a lady who,s money was stuck in the parking machine at the time aswell. She then told me yet again that I'm lying about putting my card in the machine and shows me some Camara footage where I show her their is the ticket. She then tells me she cant see the ticket. She further goes and tells me to go check in my car or go to the manager office on floor 7. I then went to floor 7 unfortunately could not find the office as the security guard was new and didn't know where it was. After walking around all over tired for a 10 rand parking card and getting told I'm a **** repeatedly by this lady I feel its ridiculous. Why would someone make something like this up. Feels like a bad joke. But hey I guess calling customers ***** must be acceptable at that company. They should check their machines instead of calling people ***** . And maybe train their staff to how to deal with customers not everyone will take it well when called a lair.
