LACK OF TELEPHONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Zara Sandton City. Nobody answers the phone. There is no option for customer services, only 1 for women, 2 for men and 3 for children. After you try twice for any department, the call fails. Really frustrating and unprofessional. Don’t think they care about their customers. Very disappointed at lack of customer service. 👎🏻
