Impossible to unsuscribe

They are quick to include your email on their marketing mailing list without your consent, and I have found it impossible to unsubscribe. The button on the email does not work, calling them does not work. No one there seems to know who can take my name off the mailing list and I am sent around in circles for the last 2 weeks. Guess I will physically have to go there to wake them up.
