Good service from Sandton City security

I lost my car keys at Sandton city last night the 3rd of April. I reported the matter at Excellerate security services control room where I received full information or guidelines of what I need to do. Though they didn't find my key they remained very helpful and professional. I was advised to come this morning to revisit the stores I would have possibly left the key at. This morning I did that and found my key, I went to parking offices because I needed help with my ticket I have paid a previous night but I never received help I was told to go back to control room. I went back and Mr Oscar Nchwesu the supervisor who assisted me again very we mannered and professional. I'm so happy with the service I received from Excellerate services specifically from Mr Oscar Nchwesu. Well done and continue to make us feel safe!!!
