************** on Staff Parking Charges

The company which I work for is based in Nelson Mandela Square. Staff are required to pay a monthly parking fee of R680.40 for parking in the Nelson Mandela Square parking area.<br> <br> HOWEVER, I recently learned that there are some staff who are NOT required to pay the monthly parking fee (mostly those staff who have been employed for longer than 3 years). So, yes, they park for free. I do not understand how this is fair?? The parking fee is a LOT OF MONEY for some of us.<br> <br> Why should some staff pay for parking and others not?? Are we (who pay) subsidizing the parking of those who do not pay??<br> <br> This is absolute ************** and ridiculous. Surely, what is good for the goose is good for the gander??
