Broken lift at Sandton City

Shocking: the lift near the Woolworths court going all the way to the 7th floor has been malfunctioning since last year. The inside button to the 7th floor does not work. Which means if you enter and push floor 7 parking, you only can go to floor 6. Unless someone on floor 7 pushes the request, you cannot use this lift to go to floor 7. Cannot believe the Centre just does not care to fix this.
