Bad service

Hi.i hava a cracked ankle and your security guards refused 2 give me a trolley so had 2 walk in the mall with heavy parcels in my situation.But at least ur security guard cornelius.helped me get 1 he went out his way 4 me as those other guards refused 2 give him 1 as well.Thank u cornelius hes friendly with good people skills
