BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I asked the cashier nicely the pieces i want however she chose to put her own pieces , i would have understood if they had told me that the pieces i want are not available but no they just put their own pieces when i asked the lady she said she is only giving me the pieces as per slip. Im super annoyed because firstly their customer service is horrible its like they dont want to work .
