Poor Work, Broken Promises

After spilling wine on a carpet (not a cheap one) I phoned Sandton Carpet Cleaners for assistance. Brent was pleasant on the phone & came out to take a look within the day. He examined the stain & said it would be easy to remove. He also assured me that I would have my carpet back within a day or two at most. I was impressed but alas this didn't last.<br> <br> To cut a long story short I spent the next week & bit chasing Brent for delivery. He did not pitch when he said he would & did not return calls. I started to fear that I was the victim of a ****. I eventually made a plan to pick up the carpet from his premises today. Needless to say there was more drama. Brent had not left the carpet for collection & then made a poor excuse about not having my number to let me know. What a waste of time.<br> <br> A short time ago he eventually left the carpet with security guards at my complex. Unwrapping it was the icing on a very stale cake. The area where the stain was is now a grubby patch that looks absolutely terrible. No wonder he was afraid to take my calls.<br> <br> Save yourself a lot of time and stress and avoid this company.
