Don't trust Brent, he lies, avoids, inconveniences

Avoid at all costs. Brent has no consideration for customers' time. <br> <br> This is the second time we have booked Sandton Carpet Cleaners. Should have learnt the first time when he didn't pitch on the first appointment, cancelled the second and then kept my husband waiting four hours on the third appointment. Long string of excuses each time. <br> <br> This time I had to chase (he said he couldn't find my mobile number... not professional to start with). I called to confirm in the morning. Called again when he was 30 minutes late - got a lyrical excuse about being stuck waiting for a cigarette truck to unload and was thus locked in at a client. Followed up after another 30 minutes of waiting. Brent said he was on his way. An hour later his brother phones me to say Brent is going to the doctor and that he would be there within another hour. <br> <br> I cancelled the job and booked another company. Not worth dealing with lies, stories and the total inconvenience. Brent hasn't bothered to call and apologise. Not surprising if you look at his type of work ethic.
