DOES NOT PITCH! DOES NOT REPLY!

Their service has been absolutely disgusting. I feel as though I have been part of some really silly prank, because it honestly makes no sense.<br> <br> 1. I emailed them FOUR times in December to book their services - NO REPLY.<br> 2. I then called them to book in person, assuming that their email doesn't work. Brent promised to call me back - HE NEVER DID.<br> 3. I then wrote the idea off assuming they were having a crazy busy month - and left it at that.<br> 4. I then called them on Tuesday 3 March to book for Friday 6 March. They confirmed everything with me on the phone. I told Brent we were away for the weekend, and gave him the number for the housekeeper. THEY JUST NEVER PITCHED AND NEVER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE.<br> <br> Honestly, I don't know what to say. So angry<br>
