Unsatisfied

The staff were friendly and somewhat helpful although I am not satisfied with the repair at all, it’s like it was done in a hurry even though they had 4 days, the strip at the bottom of the passenger side door is off needs to be stuck back on and the mirror was not positioned correctly, there was still some tape under the mirror which I had to st*******, I can note a difference between the position of the two mirrors. They still have to polish the mirror since they say paint reacted and they had to repaint and they told me to come back some time next year, really. Besides the repairs part, the jack and wheel spanner went missing and they denied ever taking anything out of my car and I know it was there so I’m not very happy because now they are not trustworthy service providers.
