Shocking repair service received from a 'BMW' approved repair centre.

It's been almost a year and my husband's vehicle has still not been repaired properly (tyre rim was damaged from pothole). His car has gone back and forth from this repair centre and it is still not fixed properly. This is dangerous, reckless and extremely poor workmanship...

We now need urgent assistance.

This has been the worst experience.
