Sandton BMW Auto Repair Centre Horrible Encounter

My BMW M4 was in a accident in February 2020.I have been at battle with my insurer since then.When the car was towed by BMW assist at the accident scene the lights were intact and working.The U shape Strut sitting in top of the engine was intact and not broken.While battling with the insurer I decided to repair the car myself.The parts mentioned above went missing when the car was stripped at the repairer for assessment .The parts -left &right headlights system and the strut cost approximately R100 000.I have since requested BMW ARC Sandton to retrieve the parts or pay the amount which will help a great deal in repairing the car.The repairer has been refusing to take responsibility.Their Manager Graeme Robinson has been aggressive and not helping in the process.I have since referred my matter to my lawyers.I would like to discourage any BMW owner from using this repairer.They don’t care about customer.They don’t empathize with the customer.Horrible experience altogether.
