Simply the best!

Since Nov I have called a number of bmw dealers and spoke to several people in some of the dealerships but got nowhere. I was looking for parts for my E38 bmw. The challenge was that I was getting wrong parts quoted or omitted or both. My requests to the different people I called to indicate which part was which as the computer generates summaries only fell on deaf ears. Some of them have still to respond to my request to be called. Some of the branches are Lyndhurst in Morningside, Melrose Arch, Clearwater and Joburg City.<br> Not so with Colin. 1 call and the e-mailed quotation was noted in pen the parts I had asked for. Not only that, he also added engine diagrams as well. The mechanic was able to make a call immediately -100% first time!<br> Not only that, as soon as I had made an internet payment of the deposit required, I received an immediate notification that the parts will be ordered.<br> <br> What a pleasure, Thanks stacks Colin!
