On Thursday the 2nd of July, I sent Sandton Auto an email detailing my requirements for a BMW. I received an email back from Nicholas Badenhorst, informing me of all relevant vehicles he had matching my requirements, as well as possible alternatives. From the time of structuring the deal, to delivery of the vehicle, Nicholas went the extra mile in ensuring great customer service, and the experience worthy of BMW. When the delivery of the vehicle was delayed(due to the delivery company, not Sandton Auto), Nicholas even offered his M135i to me drive, till my new car arrived. Excellent service Nic!
