BMW SANDTON AUTO Excellent Sales Service

I have been a customer at Sandton Auto for about 8 years, they are down the road from my work place, so it is more out of convenience rather than preference as I have always received mixed service from them, from excellent to mediocre to poor, that’s why when looking at a car they had for sale I was slightly weary...

But credit should be given when credit is due and I have to commend my sales consultant Vincent Reddy on his exceptional service. From the time I queried the advert on Autotrader to the test drive , the finance arrangements and collection , he even put me in contact with a lady to assist me with insurance. He was outstanding in always being accommodating toward me and never did he seem irritated by all the questions I asked him. Yes the vehicle like all used vehicles has a few issues and even after I brought this to his attention he immediately booked the car in for me .
