what a ******* !!!!

I first had to pay a deposit of R300-00 before they would identify the problem on my Kelvinator bar fridge,they phoned the next day to say the problem was the thermostat & the cost would be R350-00 for a new one, I didn't feel that I had a choice but to accept as they already had R300-00 of my money , they replaced it with the cheapest thermostat they could lay hands on, its not even in the right way & there is glue showing all around it .<br> In all with sundries & labour I finished up paying R850-00 for a cheap second rate job !! the fridge only cost R1300-00 a couple of years ago ,when we told the guy this he just grinned & said yes we get a lot of that !!! after reading some of the other comments on hello peter I am reluctant to let them touch my fridge (or anything else ) NEVER AGAIN !!
