DOOR FRIDGE RUBBER

I ordered door fridge rubber on the 02 December 2020 and I was advised that it will take 3 weeks for the rubber to be available, till this day I haven't received the irem that I purchased and when I call them sometimes the staff there are also so rude when talking to them, I'm tired calling them they will tell you that they will call you but they will never call back.
