Unprofessional, rude and downright dishonest!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Andria did not do an ingoing inspection and we were left to do our own inspection as tenants and write our own report.

When we moved into our new place, it was in a relatively dirty from the previous tenants. As we had nowhere else to go, we had the place cleaned so that we could move in. We had also paid a R1k utilities deposit to cover our final month and billing happens in arrears.

Come the time to move out, Mike contacted our landlord saying that the place was left in a mess (same condition that we arrived to) and organized cleaners for R1.3k which they deducted from our deposit. With no proof that the place wasn’t left in the same condition as arrived. They are also withholding our utilities deposit.

My poor landlord (who was awesome) had to deal with my frustrations due to this immature, mediocre and childlike approach to running a business.

Any landlords that are looking at SS properties to be their rental agent - think again. I would feel more comfortable if my property were managed by prep school students.
