Unprofessional and rude, worst ever experience with an estate agency.

My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare since i moved in, prejudice is not even the word I'd use, I have been living with broken doors and for the first 2 to 3 months with a leaking roof from upstairs unit that flooded my apartment, absolutely inhumane / unsanitary conditions and completely unacceptable, but complain and you get treated like you are worthless **** and get what i can only describe in school yard terms as picked on and bul****, it's like their aim becomes making your life miserable like it's some joke they share amongst each other for amu*****t, never ever have i been treated, disrespected and expected to live in such poor conditions, 9 months since i moved in and still my bedroom closet has no doors its embarrassing when i tell people what i pay for this place living like this, will be AVOIDING them like a plague in future .
