Still awaiting deposit refund after over 2 months

It's now been over 2 months since we moved out of an apartment for rental from Sandra Solomon Properties and after numerous emails and half-****d excuses, I am now forced to take the matter further with the Rental Housing Tribunal and Estate Agency Affairs Board to have this issue resolved.

We had moved out on the 26th of March, the day before lockdown. I waited a nearly a month, giving more than sufficient time to contact me to let me know what was going on, I heard nothing and contacted her: --- clinton jacobs 28 Apr 2020, 11:09 Hi Sandra, hope your well. ANOTHER WEEK LATER WITH NO RESOLVE

clinton jacobs 28 May 2020, 09:45 Morning Sandra, I'm contacting once again with regards to the deposit for Bogoria Unit 115 as it's now another week and still no feedback on a refund. I think I've been more that patient in waiting almost 2 months for this to be sorted. Please let me know when I can expect this matter to be resolved. If the issue of the refund persists I will have no other recourse than to take the matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal.

NO RESPONSE --- I would caution any one looking to rent from Sandra Solomon Properties. As is clear from other reviewers the attitude towards tenants is appalling, especially when moving out. And, from my experience does not care about returning what is owed to the tenant once they've vacated the property.
