I paid extra +-R5000 to Samantha Boyce's Sandown Travel for change in flight that would land me in Bangkok from ****et; to give me access to Bangkok. So when my wife and I arrive at Bangkok we got denied exit of the airport due to the type of booking Samantha and Sandown Travel had prepared. I specifically paid extra money to have access to Bangkok. We called their helpdesk when we got stuck in Bangkok but nothing was done by them. I sent numerous complaints only to receive redtape. I want my money back! I was sold on a service I did not receive.
