SANDOWN SELF CATERING POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

The gallery on [URL Removed] website of Sandown is presented in such a manner that it appears guest is booking into a double story unit with 2x bedrooms.<br> <br> Before our arrival, we discovered that, Hillary Badger, had quoted us a studio with 2 x single beds for 3 guests. Another room was secured for us as we were arriving the next day.. at an additional cost!!! We clearly indicated that if units were not suitable we would leave after 2 days. This was confirmed verbally and in a mail.<br> <br> Single beds had \ concave"mattresses ( a clear indication of age) which resulted In the back been in a sunken position! So no sleep! The rooms were never cleaned so the fish that we cooked the previous evening remained in the bin in the kitchen cum bedroom for two days! It was pouring with rain"
