Worst dealership in the world!

Worst dealership in the entire universe! Customer care in non-existent. They behave as if they are doing you a favor when dealing with you. That dealership has single handedly put me off the brand indefinitely! As soon as they sort out this car, I’m immediately trading in for a BMW or AUDi. I have a BMW and I have NEVER in the past 10 received such bad service from BMW! Not even close! This will be my third and last Mercedes Benz after all of this is done! There is no communication between staff...you receive calls from 3 different people on the same issue and each one of them is telling you a different story. It’s been 3 weeks of me trying to get the car sorted out on issues that were caused by their workshop in the first place. Every time the car goes in, it comes back with the same issues it went in with and MORE! I’m paying for a car that spends more time in that dealership that in my possession!
