I have been loyal to Mercedes Benz for over 10 years and I have never regretted supporting them till now. They are becoming ******* and it sickens me. I love and prefer your brand but your recent service is changing how I feel about your brand totally. I have been receiving invoices for scratches that were already fixed and was also charged for spare keys that you received. Even after I sent so many emails confirming all these you take months to get back to me and when you do, you still address the same issues. No one is competent enough to get this resolved. Please get your house in order...sis man.
