Sloppy service.

Mercedes Benz Bryanston used to be a dealer that I used often for servicing my vehicle. Today I called to enquire about a spare. Three attempts with no joy. Eventually I left my number asking for the spares manager to get hold of me. Hours later he called, had bad attitude and ultimately was not interested in helping me-not to mention his bad telephone manner.
