Service please MB South Africa

What can I say? Not exactly a festive experience at MB Constantia Kloof. I walked onto a showroom floor with not a soul in sight.... (I heard crickets)

After browsing the entire showroom, still no assistance from any sales person, I make my way to the other floor, perhaps everyone was gathered there for some Holy Macaroni?

A gentleman then sees me, continues on his call which I could swear was with a friend he waves at me like a friend in the mall. I express my dissatisfaction in the service and with arrogance he tells me, "But I acknowledged you". Yes ladies and gentleman he "acknowledged" what could have been a G-Wagon sale.

The other floor was no better, not a service person to help me. Ironically they have a banner saying its ☆☆☆☆☆ experience however the stars were empty, just like their sales experience. Their coffee was good though so that lightened my mood while typing this review.

So just for the record, Mercedes Benz CK is open for your viewing pleasure but do not nt expect the human element... Not happening...

So for great coffee and looking at pretty cars, sure pop in other than that dont go there.
