Sandown Motors Constantia offer disgusting service

Last year October I took my car to S/Down Motors, Constantia. It was the biggest mistake of my life. There was a warning light on my dash -which read check running lights. I left my car there for repairs. FIVE DAYS later when I got the car back the warning lights were EVEN WORST. I also asked for a quote for a key. 1.Check break lights 2. Check running lights, check back lights etc- a number of other issues.I took the car back while i went away on a trip. Again the car stood for about a week. Instead of checking the warning lights they changed my battery without my permission, or even bothering to call me. In this time, the quote for the key came through and i agreed to it yet they didnt bother ordering the key. When I got my car back THE SAME WARNING LIGHTS were on. NOTE: STILL NO KEY. When i got back from holiday in Jan, i took my car back for the third time now on 29 Jan. It is now 27 Feb- in this time i have received a total of 2 correspondences from Sandown motors and guess what key still not done!!!! They can't give me an estimate on when the car will be ready. I only received a quote for the repairs yesterday after having my car since Jan. This is absolutely pathetic.
