Poor,Shocking and ********** Service
Merc Constantia Kloof 14th Ave- Worst service ever ,took my car in for service on Wednesday. The person consultant(Mpho) nowhere to be found and finally spoke to the Manager "Service Manager " Dave - Promised to get back to me .Where is my car .Has something happened to it.What kind of pathetic service is this? Equally switchboard dropping calls or not delivering messages..The car went in for service not for a new engine. I have been without a car for 3 solid days and going into the weekend. What do these people actually think?

31 Jan 2022, 12:47All i got this morning was a call from a rude ,arrogant and unapologetic Service Advisor (Mpho) - Lord help i don't want to deal with this woman.She is rude and arrogant at another level. Merc 14th Ave this is dissapointing from a brand of your stature. My car has been with you for 6 solid days just for a Service. I am extremely dissapointed by your behavior and the total disregard of a valid customer concern.
