Payment for Trade In

On the 14th August we took delivery of our Demo Vehicle which we arranged for a trade in with part of the money received from the Trade would be used for the Deposit and the balance would be paid into my bank account,first of all we found an oil leak in the car on the 15th,returned the vehicle on Monday 17th which was repaired.On the Tuesday 18thI enquired about the payment of the balance for the Trade in of my vehicle,a confirmation batch payment was sent to me on Wed afternoon.I assumed with this that payment was made.On Fri day evening,the 21st my Bank Investec established that the payment was only authorized by Sandown Motors financial manager that evening but as I am writing to you this morning @ 10.01am this Tuesday morning and the Funds are still not in my account
