Over charging, Bad service and no feedback
RESPECT, INTEGRITY, SELF DISCIPLINE & PASSION - this is the slogan of SANDOWN MOTORS Century City.<br> I took my car in for a service on 12 May 2015. I get a phone call from a lady who speaks so fast I cant understand her all I know is the bottom line is about R21 000 for a D Service to my vehicle and shocks need to be replaced. I fetched my car to get a second opinion. I requested a copy of quote to be told I must pay R880 for such. I refused. I gave the service manager an opportunity to explain the quote to me which he did not and would not show me the quote. I contacted Mercedes Germany, Mercedes Head Office SA and prinicipal dealer Peter Pretorius. No joy. To add insult to injury my service books had not been stamped since 2011. I requested a detail service history and they do not get back to me and ignore all requests. Definately no respect or integrity of how is self-discipline or passion even part of their vocabulary.
