Long story short: <br> Fitted test parts without a quote. Been querying since 17 Aug 2015 on getting the outstanding balance of account. Various mails sent to person I have dealt with. <br> <br> Escalated to Dealer Principal on Monday of this week. No response, not even \we are looking into the matter". <br> <br> Cannot believe I am not getting a response when I am actually trying to pay them!!!!!
