Mercedes Sandton - Shocking service

Shocking and inexcusable service from Mercedes Sandton. How they work with such disintegrated and *********** teams i have no idea and yet they still win Service Dealership 2018. Either im an exception or the panel awarding this are smoking something they should be sharing with everyone else.

The Service team do not update you on the progress, the mechanical team to do fix issues correctly and clearly do not double check if all is working before releasing the vehicle and the drivers are unable to read or have zero competence.
