Mercedes Sandton - all bling , no follow up

The service department at Mercedes in Sandton neglected a problem with my brand new car which then resulted in my having to replace the tyres despite the car being serviced exacly when required - and then impossible to get hold of anyone thereafter - e mails ignored , no body knows what you are asking about - terrible service
