Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof Bad Service

I took my car for a e-service it came back from Constantia leaking diesel, just to find out they didn't close the diesel lid properly. Secondly after taking it back no apology nothing, a day or two later I get a message that the transmission oil needs to be checked, guess what I have to pay over R3000 for them to fix this issue.

I ask the Manager "Werner" so now why am I experiencing all these issues after just coming for an eservices, I am given an Motor industry answer just because I don't specialize in in the motor industry does not mean that I am stupid.

While my car is in the service area, I am told if I take the car it might have some issues while I drive it I am absolutely livid at this point and got MyWay to tow the car for me as I want nothing to do with this place, I drove my car in and now I am towing my car out.

A week later I get a call the Service Manager Shaun wants to meet with me to try and resolve my issue.

I am met with the Service Manager Shaun and Dave with his PA Vicky. Shaun starts by saying that he had a look at the work done and as far as he can see on their side they did everything that should have been done. I say to Shaun let me tell you what happened from the start, so that we can be on the same page and after I explained to Shaun the appalling service I received all he could say is, they done what was needed and the Transmission oil service that is needed is an separate issue from the eservice as a full diagnostic of the car needs to be requested by the customer for them to see if there is an additional issues with the car.

My issue is even if there was a transmission oil service needed why am I as a customer not treated well and spoken to with respect instead I am being treated like I am ********, Dave wanted to assist me however Shaun insisted that there was nothing they can do all they might be able to do is pay my towing money back and reduce some of the cost to fix the transmission oil issue. so ridiculous why would I come back to the place that treated me like dirt.
