Horrifying after sales support and service

<p>I bought my CLA 200 from this dealership in April 2015. The salesman was very good, but unfortunately it seems like the car I bought is a complete DUD! I have taken the car in for the SAME brake noise 5 times, whereby the discs and pads were replaced. The sunroof and console also rattles, which has been pointed out many times as well, but is still not fixed. </p> <p>The last time my vehicle was there, it was at the workshop for 2.5 weeks. And during this time the service advisor did not ONCE phone me to keep me up to date. To date, the issue has not been resolved despite the car being 'fixed' according to them.</p> <p>I left a bad review for the service follow up call, but to date nobody has called back. Even when i received my car back, it was empty and the loan vehicle I had was returned with more fuel than what i received in it when collecting.</p> <p>Subsequent to this, i enquired from the same dealership to get me another vehcile, as the driving pleasure one would expect from MERCEDES BENZ is not what i am experiencing at the moment. I am really disgusted to say that I made a mistake by trading in my BMW for a Mercedes Benz, i really expected more service and reliability from this brand! A mistake repeated more than once is a decision!</p>
