GLC 220 D Mercedes Benz fitted with plastic car seats instead of genuine leather

I bought a GLC 220 in 2018 the seats are tearing and I was told they can't fix it I must pay for them myself to be fixed. The value of the car was close to R900, 000. 00 but they fit sythentic leather instead of genuine leather. I have never seen such a reap off from such a big brand like Mercedes Benz
