Faulty Boot Lock

<p>MB R Class, Boot was not closing properly, causing Battery to go flat overnight.</p> <p>Car was towed on a Sunday Night,</p> <p>Only on Tuesday Afternoon was car looked at, after me calling repeatedly.</p> <p>Was told it needed a New Ley @ cost of R6000.00</p> <p>i sent spare key, Friday i was told it needed a new Batery, which was done the next tuesday</p> <p>Thereafter the Original key , Magically started working.</p> <p>Boot Lock was replaced at a cost of R8000.</p> <p>On collection, we informed them the boot was still NOT closing properly.</p> <p>The car was Delivered the next day, and Till Tday, after informing them i have not heard anything from them</p> <p> </p> <p>i was called by thier Service centre to rate the service, which i did and i infomred them that the probem was not Resolved</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for the Service Manager to call back, which i was told he would do.</p>
